The company is led by Michael Mitcham, a commercial real estate broker with over 20 years of experience. Mitcham's corporate tenures include national, regional and local Atlanta development companies, with a leadership role in the development or redevelopment of over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial space. Mitcham has worked with The Rouse Company, Ridgeway Development, Crescent Resources, Miles Development, Branch & Associates and The Landmarks Group.
